The Oscars: What You Missed

Before the show even began we were blown away by the live Red Carpet event! Fashion wise, Charlize Theron looked absolutely stunning her red dress, Jaren Leto’s suit was suitable for the occasion, Cate Blanchett had the most gorgeous dress on, Kevin Hart’s bedazzled suit was incredible, and Olivia Wilde was a timeless beauty. Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio reuniting was just what every Titanic fan need to see in their life.

Chris Rock not only hosting the show but handling the racial controversy with a sense of humor, honesty, and still showing his compassion for the subject was a breath of fresh air for viewers.

As the show went on and awards were given out, a few artists performed as well! Sam Smith flawlessly sang incredible theme song for the new James Bond movie song, The Weeknd sang an beautiful orchestra arrangement of his song Earned It, Lady Gaga delivered a powerful message with her song ‘Til It Happens To You.

Leonardo DiCaprio finally won an Oscar after being nominated 5 other times.
